To achieve this we carry out the following processes.
Specified job targets with key tasks to manage our expectations.
Inductions that give an insight and inform our staff about the practices and procedures of our company and the industry we work in.
Appraisals and reviews that discuss and target performances and identify future training requirements and skill gaps.
By continued evaluation we strengthen our own performance in the business. We are also able to identify our staff for onward progression for key roles in our company. This also includes our apprentices who are in a continued and structured training programme.
